Julie Yu - CEO, Founder, M.A.

Julie is China Certified National Economist, Business Coach, Certified National Human Resournce Professional, Registered Trademark Agent, memberof US EAPA. She is the driving force behind our company's success. As a China Certified National Economist, she possesses a deep understanding of economic principles and policies that are crucial for navigating the complex business landscape in China. As Business Coach, Julie brings over two decades of experience from her time in New York City Council and the Top 500 companies, guiding clients' businesses of various sizes and industries towards growth and development. Julie is a nationally certified Human Resources professional with expertise in HR strategies, labor laws, and organizational policies. Her professional capability ensures effective and compliant HR practices, making her an asset to clients seeking to optimize their HR operations and meet national standards.

Michael Rosental - Business Partner, J.D.

Michael holds a B.S. in Psychology with University and Departmental honors from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law. He began his career in law, serving as a law clerk for two U.S. federal judges and spending eight years as a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, where he received Outstanding Trial Attorney Awards in 1993 and 1996. He later served as Special Prosecutor and Minister of Justice for the Republic of Palau, taught law at Palau Community College, and served as President of the Palau Bar for two years. Since 2005, Michael has been based in China, initially serving as Asia Pacific CEO for Day Light Inc., USA, and has since worked across industries including environmental trade, education, human resources, fashion, retail, health and beauty, and media. He has provided consulting, training, and coaching services to numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Baxter, Bayer, Cisco, Continental, Danone, Johnson Controls, Prudential, SAP, SAIC, Shanghai GM, and Volvo.

Selena Qin - Legal Team Leader

Selena is a legal professional with extensive knowledge, especially China tax law and intellectual property law. As our Legal Team Leader, she ensures that our operations are conducted with the utmost integrity and in full compliance with legal regulations across various jurisdictions.

Polly Duan - Trademark Team Leader

Polly is a professional with over a decade of experience in trademark and copyright registration, has an impressive background that includes a significant role at a renowned trademark office in China. Her expertise and industry insights are invaluable to the GOMAX trademark team, enhancing the firm's ability to provide top-tier services to clients.

Wilson Liu - Project Manager

Wilsom Liu brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously served in one of Shanghai's largest economic park governments. He maintains excellent relationships with various economic park governments in Shanghai, which is a valuable asset for our clients. Wilson is adept at handling complex WFOE registrations and cancellation, and matters related to company transfer and capital changes.
