She is the driving force behind our company's success.  As a China Certified National Economist, she possesses a deep understanding of economic principles and policies that are crucial for navigating the complex business landscape in China. As Business Coach, Julie brings over two decades of experience from her time in New York City Council and the Top 500 companies, guiding clients' businesses of various sizes and industries towards growth and development. Julie is a nationally certified Human Resources professional with expertise in HR strategies, labor laws, and organizational policies. Her professional capability ensures effective and compliant HR practices, making her an asset to clients seeking to optimize their HR operations and meet national standards. Julie's role as a registered Trademark Agent further underscores her commitment to protecting the intellectual property of our clients. She understands the value of a brand and the legal intricacies involved in trademark registration and maintenance. Michael Rosental - Business Partner, J.D.

Michael holds a B.S. in Psychology with University and Departmental honors from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law. He began his career in law, serving as a law clerk for two U.S. federal judges and spending eight years as a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, where he received Outstanding Trial Attorney Awards in 1993 and 1996. He later served as Special Prosecutor and Minister of Justice for the Republic of Palau, taught law at Palau Community College, and served as President of the Palau Bar for two years.

Since 2005, Michael has been based in China, initially serving as Asia Pacific CEO for Day Light Inc., USA, and has since worked across industries including environmental trade, education, human resources, fashion, retail, health and beauty, and media. He has provided consulting, training, and coaching services to numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Baxter, Bayer, Cisco, Continental, Danone, Johnson Controls, Prudential, SAP, SAIC, Shanghai GM, and Volvo.

Michael is also active in media and entertainment, having appeared in commercials, television shows, and films alongside well-known Chinese actors such as Louis Koo, Hu Ge, Sun Li, Yang Mi, and Ren Da His, and has a featured role in a film directed by Chen Kai Ge. Michael has produced and directed promotional videos and served as host, emcee, panel facilitator, and auctioneer for major events, including the President’s Roundtable on Cancer, Fur Free Fashion, SIAS, AmCham Charity Galas, International Solid Waste Management Summit, Americans in Shanghai book launch, and the 50th Anniversary of U.S.–China Ping Pong Diplomacy.  He also regularly speaks at conferences on US China relations and economic issues.

Michael has served four years as Chairman of the AmCham Shanghai Environmental Committee and on the AmCham Shanghai Board of Governors.  He presently serves as the President of AmChamUS which is incorporated in Pennsylvania, USA.

Wilson Liu - Project Manager

Wilsom Liu brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously served in one of Shanghai's largest economic park governments.
